III. Scholarships and Financial Assistance

There are number of scholarship opportunities available for students. These scholarships recognise merit and talent of students. Students may apply for the Scholarships at the beginning of the academic year.

1. Kannada Optional

Smt.Veeramma Shankarppa Banad memorial scholarship is awarded to the student of this college who secures highest marks at the B.A Third year in Kannada Optional.
Dr. M.V Dhanashri Scholarship is awarded to the student of this college who secures highest marks in B.A I & II Sem. Kannada Optional.
Sri Kalyanrao Patil highest Scorer in Kannada

2. History

Prof. R.Chandrashekar Scholarship is awarded to the student of this college who secures highest marks in History at B.A V & VI Sem.

3. Economics

Prof C.T Nalwad Scholarships is awarded to the student of this college who secures highest marks in Economics at B.A V & VI Sem.

4. Optional Sociology

Dr. Ambarao Upaloankar Scholarships is awarded to the student of this college who secures highest marks in B.A V & VI Sem. Optional sociology.

5. History / Kannada

Smt. Hutatma Apparao Patil Scholarship for BA (First Year History/ Kannada) - Rs. 1001/- every year.

6. Political Science

7. Best NCC Cadet

Smt. Hutatma Apparao Patil Scholarship for Best NCC Cadet Rs. 1001/- every year.

8. Department of Physical Education

South Zone/ Inter University participants and freeship for securing state level medal.

Scholarships Facilities

Government Merit Scholarships are awarded to students belonging to backward castes, Govt. Loan Scholarships, Merit Scholarships and College Management Awards are given to deserving students. They are advised to refer the notice board in this connection and contact the in-charge official for application forms and any other details in the college office.
