Attendance

Joining the college, the student is bound by all its Rules and Regulations.

  1. Minimum 75% attendance required in each subject to be eligible for examinations.
  2. Students must attend all academic activities regularly and punctually.
  3. Attendance counts towards internal assessment marks.
  4. Leave application must be submitted; medical leave requires a medical certificate.
  5. Condonation allowed only for genuine reasons such as medical issues, NCC/NSS/Sports participation.
  6. Absence for more than 3 days requires reporting to HOD/Principal.
  7. Students with insufficient attendance may be warned, counselled, or detained.
  8. Attendance will be reviewed monthly and displayed or communicated.
  9. Attendance required for major college programs.
  10. The decision of the Principal is final.

University Ordinances

  • Admission to UG programmes as per University regulations and Karnataka reservation policy.
  • PUC / 10+2 or equivalent required.
  • Document verification is mandatory.
  • False information leads to cancellation.

  • Minimum 75% attendance required.
  • Condonation allowed for medical, NCC/NSS, or cultural participation.
  • Students with insufficient attendance cannot appear for exams.

  • UG programmes follow CBCS / NEP structure.
  • Includes theory, internal assessment, practical/project work.
  • Credits must be completed for degree.

  • Examinations follow academic calendar.
  • Eligibility requires attendance and exam fee payment.
  • Malpractice is a serious offense.

  • Includes tests, assignments, seminars, presentations, and attendance.
  • Internal marks submitted within stipulated time.
  • No revision without valid reason.

  • Promotion follows University rules.
  • Result classification: First Class with Distinction, First Class, Second Class, Pass Class.

  • Maintain discipline in classrooms and campus.
  • Acts like ragging, violence, and property damage strictly prohibited.

  • Ragging strictly prohibited (UGC & Govt. Karnataka rules).
  • Punishment: suspension, expulsion, police action if required.

  • Migration certificate issued only after clearing dues and university approval.

  • Students must obey all university ordinances, college rules, and government instructions.
  • The decision of university authorities is final.
